We have installed threaded inserts for easy mounting of headlights. The black models are also made entirely of stainless steel and are additionally powder-coated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDepending on the vehicle model, the front bars are available with a tube diameter of 63mm and\/or 76mm. For both variants, we have suitable mounting brackets for the premium headlights from the Japanese manufacturer PIAA in our range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll front bars are designed to harmonize fully with ACC systems. For PDC systems, depending on the model, the two middle sensors are covered with special caps. The function of the outer sensors is thus retained. The PDC caps are included in the scope of delivery.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery front bar is laboratory tested according to pedestrian protection guidelines and, unless otherwise described, the bars have an EC type approval.
