Iveco Daily 4x4 Complete Wheel Set (4 pcs.) with ForceForged Beadlock Rims and the Mileking in 37"
For several years now, delta4x4 has been developing and testing rims and tires specifically for the Iveco Daily 4x4, to meet the special requirements of world travelers and tradespeople.
With the new Daily 4x4 from 2019, two new 20-inch rims were developed especially for this model.
The Forged5000 and the Force Forged (Force20) are both forged wheels in the format 20 x 9.5 inches, with the type designation indicating the special features of these rims: Forged stands for their extremely high load capacity of 2500 kilograms per wheel, i.e. 5000 kg per axle. However, forging technology not only ensures high strength but also low weight, which provides a noticeable improvement in smooth running and driving safety.
The ForceForged is a true beadlock rim. This makes it possible to drive with extremely low tire pressure without the tire twisting on the rim.
The high-performance rim is perfectly complemented by the new Mileking MT tire, specially developed for delta4x4, in the dimension 37 x 13.5 R20. Thanks to its larger diameter and width compared to the standard tires, it improves both ground clearance and handling, driving comfort, and driving stability.
Since most delta4x4 customers undertake more extreme tours, expeditions, and circumnavigations with the Iveco Daily 4×4, the "Perfect Match" tire has an off-road Mud-Terrain tread that also ensures high driving comfort on asphalt. Despite the larger tire format, it is still possible to mount fine-link snow chains on the rear axle.
The Mileking has a load capacity of up to 2,000kg! This is excellent and unmatched by any other tire of this dimension!
Further special features of the complete wheel:
- The vehicle height increases by approx. 40 mm after mounting the wheels
- Spare wheel can be mounted on the original holder
- All necessary tests have been carried out, certificates for registration are included
- For 7-ton Iveco Daily 4x4: The rear axle must be de-rated to 4 tons due to the tire's load capacity of 2000kg. This has been done on several vehicles so far. We are happy to advise you.
- Homologation also possible for Switzerland (within the 1% rule)
Note: Spreader ring not included, but required for full beadlock function.
