Upgrading a Classic – BIG WILLOW 4.0

With the BIG WILLOW 4.0 160, our most popular folding roof tent enters the next generation. The proven space concept remains, but many details have been optimized: better water drainage, improved folding mechanism, more light, and an even tidier interior.

The result is a roof tent that is particularly suitable for couples or small families seeking plenty of space, comfort, and flexibility.

In addition, gas springs on the covered entrance support the folding mechanism, making setting up and taking down the tent easier.

No Water Accumulation – Thoughtful Pole Design

A central upgrade of the BIG WILLOW 4.0 is the newly rounded poles. It ensures that rainwater reliably drains away and does not collect on the tent fabric. Water pooling is a thing of the past – even in heavy rain. Additionally, a separate rainfly reliably protects the tent fabric from wind and weather.

Let There Be Light – Maximum Proximity to Nature

The BIG WILLOW 4.0 160 is a true marvel of light. Large window areas, removable side windows, large roof windows, and a convertible-style film on the overhang create an open, airy feeling of space. You decide how close you want to be to nature – from a protected retreat to an open panoramic tent.

Plenty of Space – Inside and Out

The sleeping area of approx. 160 × 240 cm not only offers ample space for sleeping but also additional room for bags, clothing, or equipment. The space is complemented by numerous storage solutions:

• Two large shoe pockets
• Cargo net on the tent floor
• Loops for hanging accessories
• Multiple pockets in the interior

This keeps everything neatly stowed and always within reach.

Optimized Folding Mechanism for More Comfort

Additional elastic cords and straps, both inside and out, ensure that the tent fabric folds neatly and controllably into the tent when collapsing. No pinching, no overlapping – this significantly eases disassembly and saves time. Pull straps also help to compact the tent fabric.

Comfortable Overnight

The proven VICKYWOOD memory foam mattress with polyester cover ensures restful sleep. It offers pleasant support and high sleeping comfort – even on longer trips. The aluminum honeycomb base plate with a rubberized surface improves insulation and reliably protects against dents, even with intensive use.

Ready for More – Expandable with an Awning

If required, the BIG WILLOW 4.0 160 can be expanded with the matching awning of the BIG WILLOW. This creates additional, weather-protected space – ideal for a kitchen, table, or storage. Thanks to the convertible-style film at the entrance, daylight now also enters the awning even in bad weather, brightening your retreat.
