Alu-Cab Roof Rack Table Mounts

A unique feature of Alu-Cab aluminum cross bars is the T-slot on the longitudinal side. On the roof rack, this is used to mount the basket between two cross bars. With a height of only 33 mm, it is barely higher than the cross bars themselves. It does not protrude upwards and therefore does not restrict mounting options on the cross bars. It is hardly noticeable and has virtually no impact on air resistance. This bracket is attached to the underside of the cross bars using M8 hex screws. The roof rack comfortably accommodates 3 Ammo Boxes. Cargo can be secured with ratchet tie-down straps. Five slots on each longitudinal side of the basket serve to thread straps for secure fastening. The basket has four pre-drilled holes for easy mounting of Maxtrax™ Mountin Pin brackets for MKII sand ladders. Additional holes allow for the attachment of two brackets for RotopaX™ fuel and water canisters. Canisters up to a size of 3 gallons, approximately 11 liters, can be attached. For attaching your own brackets or items, holes can be easily drilled in the roof rack or the side mounting screws can be used in the C-slot of the cross bars. Eye bolts can be inserted into the slot of the two cross bars for tensioning cargo. Mounted on the underside of the cross bars, the table slide serves to hold an Alu-Cab work and camping table, perfectly utilizing the space between the roof rack and the vehicle. A lock secures the table from sliding out. Matching 60mm feet are included in the scope of delivery. Suitable for use in the roof rack (AC-A-RR-TRAY). The distance between the two brackets is derived from the width of the table. 2) Sideways Here, the 60mm Alu-Cab feet are needed. The distance between the two cross bars is derived from the width of the table. In addition, the table must also extend over the C-rail.
