The Alu-Cab Adventure Hardtop is a robust and versatile aluminum solution for pickups. The sophisticated design combines comfortable access to the loading area with flexible mounting and organization options for travel, leisure, and work. Two side opening flaps provide generous access to the cargo area. At the rear, the Adventure Canopy features a narrow rear window and a correspondingly narrow tailgate. This leaves additional space next to the tailgate for mounting suitable accessory solutions. The safety glass used in the front area has E-approval. Integrated T-slots in the interior offer flexible options for mounting accessories and individual organization solutions. Two C-rails on the roof and the integrated roof rails create additional mounting points for suitable carrier systems, awnings, transport boxes, and other accessories. Three integrated LED interior lights illuminate the loading area and facilitate access to equipment in poor light conditions. The walkable checker plate roof has a non-slip surface and forms a stable base for suitable roof superstructures and carrier systems. The aluminum construction is designed for regular use and is suitable for overlanding, camping, trades, transport, and daily use. Waterproof central hinges, high-quality lever locks, and continuous hinges support reliable and functional use. Depending on the version, the side flaps are available with a smooth or ribbed surface. The canopy weighs from 52 kg, depending on the vehicle model and version. The permissible roof load is up to 200 kg dynamic while driving and up to 400 kg static when stationary. Vehicle compatibility, weight, design, and attachment differ depending on the pickup model. Mounting instructions The Alu-Cab Adventure Canopy is supplied with a suitable, vehicle-specific mounting kit. The attachment is made via the designated mounting points on the loading area, on existing rails or on the vehicle frame. For a secure installation, the fastening elements are designed for a direct connection to the loading area. An existing bed liner may therefore have to be removed or adapted accordingly in the area of the fastening points. Before mounting, check whether the loading area and the vehicle-specific fastening points are freely accessible. For suitable vehicles, drill-free mounting is possible. The actual mounting time and the necessary work steps depend on the vehicle model, the equipment of the loading area, and the mounted accessories.

The Adventure Hardtop is supplied with a suitable mounting kit supplied. Fastening is done via vehicle-specific mounting points on the loading area, on existing rails or on the vehicle frame.

The fasteners are designed for a direct connection to the loading area. An existing bed liner may therefore have to be removed or adjusted in the area of the fastening points.

For suitable vehicles, drill-free assembly is possible in about 45 minutes. The actual assembly time and the required work steps depend on the vehicle model, the loading area equipment and additional accessories.

The wiring of the brake light and interior lighting each cost extra, and are charged in addition to the simple hardtop assembly.
