The Alu-Cab Adventure Hardtop is a robust and versatile aluminum solution for pick-ups. The sophisticated design combines comfortable access to the load bed with flexible attachment and organization options for travel, leisure, and work. Two side opening flaps provide generous access to the cargo area. At the rear, the Adventure Canopy features a narrow rear window and a correspondingly narrow tailgate. This leaves additional space next to the tailgate for mounting suitable accessory solutions. The safety glass used in the front area has E-approval. Integrated T-slots in the interior offer flexible options for attaching accessories and individual organization solutions. Two C-rails on the roof and the integrated roof rack create additional mounting points for suitable carrier systems, awnings, transport boxes, and other accessories. Three integrated LED interior lights illuminate the load bed and facilitate access to equipment in poor lighting conditions. The walkable checker plate roof has a non-slip surface and provides a stable base for suitable roof structures and carrier systems. The aluminum construction is designed for regular use and is suitable for overlanding, camping, trade, transport, and daily use. Waterproof central hinges, high-quality lever locks, and continuous hinges support reliable and functional use. Depending on the version, the side flaps are available with a smooth or corrugated surface. The canopy weighs from 52 kg, depending on the vehicle model and version. The permissible roof load is up to 200 kg dynamically while driving and up to 400 kg statically when parked. Vehicle compatibility, weight, design, and attachment vary depending on the pick-up model. Installation note The Alu-Cab Adventure Canopy comes with a suitable, vehicle-specific mounting kit. Attachment is via the designated mounting points on the load bed, on existing rails, or on the vehicle frame. For a secure installation, the fastening elements are designed for a direct connection to the load bed. An existing bed liner may therefore need to be removed or adjusted accordingly in the area of the fastening points. Before installation, check that the load bed and the vehicle-specific mounting points are freely accessible. For suitable vehicles, drill-free installation is possible. The actual installation time and the necessary work steps depend on the vehicle model, the equipment of the load bed, and the mounted accessories.

For suitable vehicles, drill-free installation is possible in approximately 45 minutes. The actual installation time and the necessary work steps depend on the vehicle model, the load bed equipment and additional accessories.

The wiring of the brake light and interior lighting each cost extra, and are charged in addition to the simple hardtop installation.
