Lazer Lamps Utility-80 HD Headlight

The Utility-80 HD (Heavy-Duty) is a new addition to the Utility Series range in 2023, building on a reputation for powerful LED work lamps. The product has been specifically developed and engineered for the stringent requirements of industrial applications such as mining, construction, forestry and agriculture. Comprising four 20W high-density LEDs, the Utility-80 HD emits 8,940 lumens, harnessed by the ultra-reflective, vacuum-metallized optics newly developed for this product to achieve an even better distribution of light over a larger area. For customers who want flexibility and simple control over light intensity, a version of the product is available with a variable brightness function, offering the operator the ability to increase or decrease the brightness of the lamp at the touch of a button. The light color is set at 5000K for both variants of the 80 HD. It has been carefully selected to enhance safety by making objects and hazards in front of the equipment more visible, while reducing the fatigue that can result from using products with a higher color temperature. Aside from light output, the lamps are primarily characterized by their robust construction and high build quality. Like all Lazer products, the lamp benefits from an electronic thermal management system, a CAE-optimized heat sink, a hard-coated polycarbonate lens, and advanced electronic design. An improved die-cast mounting bracket, a repositioned and concealed Goretex breathing membrane, and a revised LED/optic arrangement enhance the product's robustness and suitability for the harshest environments. As proof of the product's quality, the lamp comes with a 5-year warranty.
