With the expansion of the range in 2022, the Sentinel range of round LED driving lights now includes 7” versions, available in Standard and Elite grades. The lights offer remarkable long-range visibility and product design that radiates quality. At the Standard level, a combination of 12 high-power LEDs emits 5,208 raw lumens. While at the Elite level, 10,248 raw lumens are provided by 24 high-power LEDs. But with every product, light output on the road or track is maximized by the introduction of class-leading electronics and optical design along with the product’s CAE-optimized lamp housing. With a true “combo” beam pattern, the central rows of LEDs and optics deliver the long-range illumination, while the upper and lower sections have been carefully designed and engineered to produce an enviable 65-degree width of light (Elite grade). The result is a perfectly balanced light distribution at a carefully selected color temperature of 5000 Kelvin to make night driving a safer and more enjoyable experience. Considering the lamp size and rated power (60W – Standard / 116W – Elite), these lamps are superior in every way, even to significantly larger, more powerful products. As a symbol of the light performance shown, operating at 100%, the lamps exceed UNECE high-beam driving light regulations, so both Standard and Elite lights employ Lazer’s dual-output E-Boost technology. Whereby removing the supplied boost cap from the back of the lamp (light output must be within the limit of Regulation 148) allows the use of the lights alongside the standard high-beam driving lights on your vehicle. The stealth design of the Sentinel 7” lamp is achieved through the use of black circuit boards and a black bezel with intricate hexagonal design details for a unique, contemporary appearance. Furthermore, the Elite version has the option to connect white or amber position/side light functionality for an even more distinctive look, with the white version approved according to UNECE Regulation 149. The lamps come with a “slim” die-cast aluminum mounting bracket, which, like the lamps themselves, receive automotive-grade pretreatment before being powder-coated in matte black to create a product protected from aesthetic deterioration or corrosion. Like all Lazer products, the Sentinel lamps were designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house in the UK.
