Introducing AIR, Lazer Lamps' newest range of LED lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle market. Within the range there are 3 variants; AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite, with the numerical value representing each lamp’s power consumption. Across the AIR range, every consideration has been made in our in-house UK design, engineering, and manufacturing process to present a high-performing LED solution with striking product design, accentuated by a monocoque lens structure, and distinctive Position Light feature. As with any Lazer product, light output and build quality is entirely assured. The AIR-130 Elite, commensurate in its light distribution to the Triple-R 1000 Elite, represents the pinnacle of lighting performance relative to the lamp’s size and power value, whilst ensuring robustness and reliability through our comprehensive 5-year warranty. Delivering 12,500 raw lumens, and 1 lux delivered to 592m, the AIR-130 Elite features black PCBs which give the lamp a stealth-like appearance, in contrast to other products within the AIR range. Light distribution has been carefully crafted with vertical and horizontal spread optimised for on-road use including higher vehicle mounting positions. The lamp’s high beam, operated at 100%, exceeds permitted UNECE Reg 149 parameters for a road-legal driving lamp, and so Dual-Output functionality permits a reduction in power to remain within regulation limits. In addition to enviable high beam illumination values, AIR products feature an integrated ‘twin’ Position Light function in either white or amber. Aside from the safety benefits, the utilisation of the latest technologies and materials has created a striking appearance visible both up close and from distance. When operating the white position light, this is road-legal to UNECE Reg 148. The styling and build-quality of AIR products is enhanced by their injection-moulded monocoque polycarbonate lenses. Hardcoated (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes also managed in-house by Lazer), the ‘unbreakable’ lens receives a lifetime warranty. The lens runs underneath the lamp and features a textured appearance on the underside. The unique lamp design is complemented by the innovative ‘Centre Mount’ system provided which allows the lamp to be positioned significantly lower relative to the mounting point enabling a clean and elegant installation.
