With the add-on lens called Reeded Lens, the beam angle of the Triple-R headlights can be increased from 5° to 10° to 30°, depending on the model. This means that the headlights can be used, for example, both on the road and in off-road use, where a wider beam is desired. If, for example, four headlights are mounted on rally vehicles as cornering lights, both horizontally and vertically, then two add-on lenses can illuminate the dark zones resulting from the mounting. The Reeded Lens is made of acrylic glass, covers 4 LEDs and is fastened with clips. A seal prevents dirt and water from getting between the add-on lens and the headlight glass. The Reeded Lens can also be mounted on headlights with more than 4 LEDs, giving them a hybrid beam profile.
