The TREKFINDER lift kit for the Suzuki Jimny II is the high-quality complete solution for anyone who wants to give their Jimny more ground clearance, significantly improved handling, and a harmonious off-road look. With a lift of approx. 40 mm, the Suzuki Jimny II becomes even more off-road capable without appearing unnecessarily extreme or unbalanced.

The suspension combines specially tuned TREKFINDER coil springs from H&R with high-quality KONI Heavy Track shock absorbers. The dampers are 5-way adjustable, allowing for individual adaptation to vehicle weight, load, and intended use.

More ground clearance and noticeably better handling

The Suzuki Jimny II is already a true off-road vehicle with a ladder frame and rigid axles as standard. The TREKFINDER +40 mm suspension further develops this basis in a meaningful way. The additional ground clearance helps with ruts, embankments, poor roads, gravel roads, and off-road passages.

At the same time, the coordinated combination of springs and shock absorbers significantly improves handling. Bumps, asphalt edges, potholes, and uneven terrain are absorbed cleanly without the Jimny feeling spongy or imprecise.

5-way adjustable KONI Heavy Track shock absorbers

The installed KONI Heavy Track shock absorbers were specially developed for TREKFINDER suspensions and allow for 5-way damping adjustment. The suspension is delivered ex works in the most comfortable setting.

This basic setting is particularly suitable for vehicles without major additional weights, which are driven daily on the road and occasionally off-road. For additional equipment such as a roof rack, winch, camping conversion, rear carrier or heavier travel setup, the damping can be set harder.

Tuned springs for road, off-road and travel

The TREKFINDER coil springs are specially tuned for the Suzuki Jimny II. Linear wound springs are used on the front axle. The rear axle is progressively designed to provide sensible support for the vehicle even with varying loads, luggage or off-road accessories.

A good suspension tuning is particularly important for Jimny conversions with roof racks, awnings, camping conversions, underride protection, spare wheel carriers or winches. This is exactly where the TREKFINDER suspension offers a strong basis.

Extended steel braided brake lines included

Extended LUCAS V2A stainless steel braided brake lines are included in the scope of delivery. This eliminates the complicated laying of the original short rubber lines with spacers. The steel braided lines complement the suspension technically cleanly and can also provide more precise brake pedal pressure.

Ideal for 215/75R15 tires on standard rims

The suspension is particularly well suited as a basis for a tire conversion to 215/75R15 on standard rims. This size fits the Suzuki Jimny II very well visually and technically and emphasizes the off-road character of the vehicle.

Please note that wheel/tire combinations must always be checked separately and, if necessary, registered. Depending on the combination, further components such as wheel spacers or fender flares may be required.

Optional useful additions

• Spring spacer rings 10 mm for leveling with one-sided loading or additional weight
• Reinforced steering damper for quieter steering behavior
• Trailing arm bushings / Caster Kit for caster correction, if necessary

A reinforced steering damper is a sensible addition, especially for off-road use, larger tires or frequent driving on poor roads. A caster kit is not always necessary, but can help with individual vehicles if the caster angle becomes noticeable after the lift.

Note on suspension height and handling

TREKFINDER deliberately chose a lift of approx. 40 mm for this suspension. An even stronger lift would require further technical adjustments for the Jimny II and could negatively affect cardan shaft angles, wear, noise and handling.

The +40 mm tuning therefore offers a very good compromise between ground clearance, everyday usability, suspension geometry and a harmonious appearance.

Notes on assembly and acceptance

Installation should be carried out professionally by a qualified workshop. After installation, all safety-relevant components must be checked and correctly fastened.

A classic toe and camber adjustment is largely unnecessary for the Jimny with rigid axles. To straighten the steering wheel, it is usually necessary to adjust the drag link.

Since a TÜV® part certificate is included in the scope of delivery, the suspension can be registered by a recognized testing organization as part of a modification acceptance. Please always observe the conditions and notes in the certificate.

Important note on Panhard rods

Adjustable Panhard rods are not required for this suspension according to the manufacturer. Before ordering, the vehicle type, existing modifications, desired wheel/tire combination and planned use should be checked.
