The Suzuki Jimny II is already a compact and extremely off-road capable 4x4 ex works. With the TREKFINDER +40 mm lift kit, this basis is meaningfully extended. The additional ground clearance offers more reserves on ruts, gravel roads, washed-out sections, embankments, and more demanding off-road trails.

Tuned springs for more reserves

Ideal for 215/75R15 tires on standard rims

The suspension is particularly well suited as a basis for a tire conversion to 215/75R15 on standard rims. This tire size visually fits the Jimny II very well and supports the vehicle's off-road character.

Please note that wheel/tire combinations must be checked separately and registered if necessary. Depending on the tires and rims, further components such as wheel spacers, fender flares, or additional certificates may be required.

Optional useful additions

• Spring spacer rings 10 mm for level compensation with additional weight, e.g., due to a winch
• Reinforced steering damper for calmer steering behavior
• Trailing arm bushings / Caster Kit for caster correction, if necessary

The optional spring spacer rings can be used for level compensation, for example, if additional weight is placed on the front axle due to a winch installation. One spacer ring per spring is possible.

Note on suspension height and driving behavior

The lift of approx. 40 mm offers a very good compromise between additional ground clearance, everyday usability, and technical feasibility for the Suzuki Jimny II. A stronger lift may require further adjustments to the suspension geometry, drivetrain, or steering.

The Bilstein B6 suspension is particularly aimed at drivers who prefer a robust and firmly tuned solution. Those who want individually adjustable damping should alternatively consider the KONI variant.

Notes on installation and approval

Installation should be carried out professionally by a qualified workshop. After installation, all safety-relevant components should be checked and correctly fastened.

A classic wheel alignment and camber adjustment are largely dispensed with on the Jimny with solid axles. To straighten the steering wheel again, adjustment of the drag link is usually required.

Since a TÜV® parts certificate is included in the scope of delivery, the suspension can be registered by a recognized testing organization as part of a modification inspection. Please always observe the conditions and notes in the certificate.

Important note on Panhard rods

Adjustable Panhard rods are not required for this suspension according to the manufacturer. Before ordering, the vehicle type, existing modifications, desired wheel/tire combination, and planned use should be checked.
