horntools Rockslider LAPIS Aluminum for Suzuki Jimny GJ & HJ

The horntools Rockslider is tight-fitting, made of aluminum, and features a steel mounting structure. To increase the rigidity of the slider panel, "dimple dies" are pressed into the front face, thus replacing the original plastic sill protection. The steel mounting structure is attached by pressing threaded rivets into the sill (caution: drilling out existing holes from 8.5 mm to 9 mm is necessary). On the underside, the mounting structure is held in position by clamping the sill flange. The aluminum used for the Rockslider is particularly high-quality and powder-coated in matte black. Our Rockslider is a functional and lightweight cabin protector made of aluminum. Due to this lightweight construction, the slider is not suitable for use with a jack. However, it offers more than sufficient protection in moderately difficult terrain. Each individual side sill is placed on various inspection gauges after welding to ensure 100% fitting accuracy.
