The underbody protection, with a wall thickness of 4 mm, was designed to be reinforced at relevant points to achieve the maximum strength required for off-road driving. We fully welded all the flanges and then treated the aluminum with cathodic dip coating to ensure the powder coating lasts longer. We chose powder coating to install a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing component on the vehicle. We use aluminum 5052, which is a higher quality aluminum than what is typically used for underbody protection. For installation, we have pre-prepared large access points to minimize installation time. The fuel tank underbody protection can be installed without additional underbody protection. Technical data: Weight: approx. 4.8 kg. Material: Aluminum 5052. Coating: KTL/Powder coating. ONLY suitable for 2.0 L Bi-turbo from model year 2019 with Euro 6 and AdBlue.
