Aluminum Tank Skid Plate for Ford Ranger 2.0 BiTurbo from Model Year 2019

The tank skid plate was specially developed for off-road use. The 4 mm thick aluminum construction is specifically reinforced at particularly stressed areas to ensure high stability and reliable protection of the tank.

The skid plate is made of high-quality aluminum 5052. The material combines a comparatively low weight with high strength and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for demanding off-road use.

High-Quality Workmanship and Durable Surface

The flanges of the skid plate are fully welded. Subsequently, the aluminum is treated with a cathodic dip coating and additionally powder-coated.

The KTL treatment improves corrosion protection and supports a permanently durable powder coating. At the same time, the powder coating ensures a robust and visually high-quality surface on the vehicle.

Easy and Independent Installation

For the quickest and most uncomplicated installation possible, the necessary cut-outs and access points are already prepared. This reduces major interventions on the vehicle and limits installation time to a minimum.

The tank skid plate can be installed independently of other skid plate parts. Additional engine, transmission, or transfer case skid plates are not required for installation.
