The horntools winch system was specially developed for the Ford Ranger from model year 2023 and integrates almost invisibly into the front of the vehicle. The winch is mounted protected behind the standard front cover, so that the original appearance of the vehicle is largely retained.

The system includes the proven Alpha 9.5 winch with a maximum pulling force of 4.3 tons. It is one of the most popular winches at horntools and is ideal for recovery operations off-road as well as for pulling vehicles or equipment.

With a maximum pulling speed of up to 7 m/min without load, the winch works quickly and reliably. The 30 meter long and 10 mm thick synthetic rope is equipped with a hook and offers sufficient reach for various applications.

Powerful Alpha 9.5 Winch

The installed Alpha 9.5 combines high pulling force with a robust construction designed for off-road use.

The motor is protected against dust and temporary immersion in accordance with IP67. The reinforced rope drum, the internal drum brake with three brake shoes, and the stainless steel crossbars ensure a resilient and durable design.

The removable control unit allows for flexible positioning of the control box in the vehicle.

Special Feature for Ford Ranger Tremor and Wildtrak X

For mounting on the Ford Ranger Tremor or Ford Ranger Wildtrak X, the standard towing eyes must be replaced.

The following original parts are required:

• MB3C-17B805-XX

• MB3C-17B804-XX

The parts are required for the left and right side of the vehicle and are not included as part of the regular scope of delivery.
