Triangle Meets Pop-Up

The HAZEL first opens like a classic triangle roof tent. This shape is stable, quick to use, and ideal if you simply want to arrive, unfold, and sleep after a long day.

For even more space, you can release the second latch. Then the rear area also lifts, and the triangle shape transforms into a full-fledged pop-up roof tent. This gives you more interior height, more freedom of movement, and a significantly more open sense of space.

Setup in Seconds

With the HAZEL, there's no long fiddling around at the campsite. The front Speed-Click latch is unlocked, and the tent opens almost by itself thanks to the gas struts. For panorama and pop-up mode, you release the second latch from the inside or outside.

The Quick-Pull cord helps when closing. The rear area can be comfortably pulled down from the inside. The Easy-Lock mechanism quickly and securely locks the tent – without external buckles or annoying fabric stuffing.

Panorama Mode with 270° View

A real highlight is the panorama mode. The front area can be completely unzipped, opening up an impressive 270° all-round view. Perfect for sunsets, mountain panoramas, desert spots, or morning coffee with a view.

Thanks to the new mechanism, you don't need cumbersome window poles. Two ultra-light supports for the rainfly are sufficient, allowing you to quickly switch between weather protection and an open view.

Comfort Hybrid Mattress Instead of Thin Standard Mat

Inside, a comfort hybrid mattress with an air chamber and foam core awaits you. The firmness can be individually adjusted by adding or removing air. So you don't just sleep on the roof, but get a significantly more comfortable sleeping surface for longer tours.

The mattress has a robust outer material, stable seams, and a tight double valve. According to the manufacturer, it can be inflated or deflated in well under a minute. The matching electric air pump with USB-C charging cable is already included.

Robust Shell and Weatherproof Tent Fabric

The ABS hardshell is treated with a special coating and designed for durability. The tent fabric and rainfly are made from 300D Elastic Silk Fabric with Graphene coating. The material is mold-resistant, UV-protected, and PU-coated.

With a water column of 5,000 mm, the HAZEL is prepared for changeable weather and real outdoor nights. The pressure-stable floor is constructed to be dent-resistant and does not use aluminum honeycomb.

Light, Pockets, and Details for Real Tours

The HAZEL features two 150 cm LED light strips. You can choose between warm white and cool white light. Connection is via USB-C. This means you have light directly in the tent in the evening, without having to search for a separate lamp.

Two shoe bags, a high-quality carrying bag or organizer, and the ladder bag ensure that your setup stays clean. Especially in rain, dust, or sand, this is a real advantage.

Two Sizes for Your Vehicle

The HAZEL is available in two versions: HAZEL 130 and HAZEL 155. The 130 variant is lighter and more compact, while the 155 variant offers you more sleeping width.

Both variants are designed for up to two people. Which size fits better depends on your vehicle, your roof load, your space requirements, and your desired sleeping width.

Important Note on Vehicle Mounting

Before purchasing, check the permissible roof load of your vehicle, the load capacity of your roof racks, and the spacing of the crossbars. Two roof racks are recommended for the HAZEL. The spacing of the mounting rails on the tent floor is approx. 59 cm, and the minimum spacing between the plastic feet of the crossbars is approx. 62.5 cm across the width of the roof.

Please also note that, according to product data, no bedding should remain in the closed tent. For safe use, you should observe the assembly instructions, data sheet, and safety information from the manufacturer.

Care and Use

Allow the roof tent to dry completely after rain or high humidity before storing it closed for an extended period. This protects the tent fabric, mattress, and interior from moisture and odor formation.

Regularly check the mounting material, latches, gas struts, ladder, and tent fabric. Especially after long off-road stretches or highway drives, a quick check is worthwhile to ensure your HAZEL remains reliably ready for use.
