About the SDK:
A so-called Suspension Distance Kit (SDK) involves installing spacer rings on the suspension. On the front axle, spacer rings are mounted below the strut mounts of the suspension. On the rear axle, either lift blocks are used, or extended shock absorbers are utilized to achieve the lift. *
The main advantage is the gain of more real ground clearance and the possibility to mount larger tires. Typically, no additional suspension travel is gained. Our components are designed in such a way that changes to the suspension geometry result in the lowest possible wear on drive components. Therefore, extreme lifts are not possible with this method.
