About the SDK:
A so-called Suspension Distance Kit (SDK) involves installing spacer rings on the chassis. On the front axle, spacer rings are mounted below the strut mounts of the suspension. On the rear axle, either spacer blocks are used for lifting, or extended shock absorbers are utilized to achieve the lift. *
The main advantage is the gain of more actual ground clearance and the possibility to mount larger tires. As a rule, you do not get more suspension travel. Our components are designed so that changes to the suspension geometry result in the lowest possible wear on drive components. Therefore, extreme lifts are not possible with this method.
