About the SDK:
A so-called Suspension-Distance-Kit (SDK) involves installing spacer rings on the chassis. On the front axle, spacer rings are mounted under the strut mounts of the suspension. On the rear axle, either spacer blocks are used for lifting or extended shock absorbers are utilized to achieve the lift. *
The main advantage is the gain in real ground clearance and the possibility of mounting larger tires. As a rule, you do not get more suspension travel. Our components are designed so that changes to the chassis geometry result in the least possible wear on drive components. Therefore, extreme lifts are not possible with this method.
