For more than three decades, delta4x4 has been the specialist for "Body-Lift-Kits" (BLK) in Europe. A body lift is a suspension lift in which the body is detached from the vehicle's load-bearing ladder frame and the chassis is raised using spacer blocks. The steering column, fuel filler neck, brake and fuel lines, and other components may be extended as necessary. Depending on the vehicle model, it may also be necessary to relocate the bumpers. All vehicle-specific parts for the lift kit are included in the kits.

With this lift kit method, compared to a "Suspension-Distance-Kit", the complete axle geometry of the vehicle is maintained. The articulation angles at the drive shafts, cardan shafts, and axle components are not changed.

The main advantage of a BLK is the possibility to install larger tires. Larger tires, in turn, allow for a higher wading depth and greater approach/departure angles, thus improving off-road capability. Increased wear on the drivetrain does not occur. Noise generation due to tighter articulation angles on the drive shafts is also not changed.
